PalettePoint provides AI-powered color palette generation tools and related services. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Purchases, Credits & Payments

By purchasing credits or other paid services on PalettePoint, you agree to these Terms of Service.

Credit packs are sold as one-time purchases. You pay once per pack — there are no recurring charges and no automatic renewal. Credits are added to your account and do not expire.

All credit pack purchases are final. Payments are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.

Pro subscriptions, where offered, are billed monthly or yearly. You may cancel at any time. Subscription payments are also non-refundable except where required by applicable law.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the service
  • Upload malicious content or code

6. Intellectual Property & Generated Content

The PalettePoint service, including its design, features, and content, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Color palettes you generate with PalettePoint may be used for personal and commercial projects, subject to our License. The License describes permitted uses, restrictions, and attribution.

7. Limitation of Liability

PalettePoint is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
