Usage Rights

All color palettes generated using PalettePoint are free to use for personal and commercial projects. You may use the generated palettes in websites, applications, designs, artwork, and any other creative work.

Attribution

Attribution is not required but always appreciated. If you'd like to credit us, you can link to PalettePoint.com.

Restrictions

You may not:

• Resell or redistribute palettes as a standalone product
• Claim ownership of the PalettePoint brand or service
• Use automated systems to mass-generate palettes for redistribution

Gallery Palettes

Palettes featured in our public gallery are shared under the same license terms. They are free to use in your projects without attribution.

Shop Palette Sets

Palette sets purchased from PalettePoint Shop are digital products licensed for personal and commercial use in your own designs, branding, products, and client work. Full terms are included as license.txt in every download.

You may not resell or redistribute the raw shop files as-is, share purchase download links publicly, or bundle them as a competing palette product. Shop purchases are non-refundable; see our Terms of Service for details.
